Write to [email protected]. Include your macOS version and, if a file measures unexpectedly, the file format and the preset you used - that is usually enough to reproduce it.

Frequently asked

Which formats can I drop in?
WAV, AIFF, MP3, M4A/AAC, and the audio track of MP4/MOV. Conformed output is always written as 24-bit WAV at the source sample rate - no resampling, no recompression.
Which delivery specs are built in?
Podcast (−16.0 LUFS / −1.5 dBTP), YouTube (−14.0 / −1.0), Spotify (−14.0 / −1.0), EBU R128 (−23.0 / −1.0) and ATSC A/85 (−24.0 / −2.0). You can also define a custom target and tolerance and save it as a preset.
Does conforming change my mix?
No. Conform applies a single linear gain - no limiting, no compression, dynamics untouched. If the true-peak ceiling prevents a file from reaching the target, LoudPass does not squash it: the file is flagged "needs limiting" in the report so you can decide.
A file already meets the spec. What happens?
It is left as it is, the output set still includes it, and the report marks it as already compliant - so the delivered folder is complete and the paperwork matches.
How accurate is the measurement?
Loudness is measured with the industry-standard BS.1770 algorithm (libebur128), and every release is cross-checked against ffmpeg's ebur128 analyzer before shipping.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Unsure whether LoudPass fits your workflow? Email us first - we will tell you honestly.
What does it require?
macOS 14 or later. The interface is available in English, Español, Русский and Українська; reports use standard English number formatting so clients can read them anywhere.
